I am doing something I would never do under normal circumstances
I rarely use my credit card online. However, circumstances are if different now. After Senator Susan Collins voted to confirm a serial rapist and a perjurer to the Supreme Court, thus being the determining vote, I am breaking my hard and fast rule.
There is a CrowdPac movement to unseat Collins in 2020. This campaign pledges to contribute any money raised to her opponent and unseat her in 2020. So far they have raised almost 3,000,000 dollars. After her vote yesterday, the site crashed from so many contributors. I intend to contribute to this cause.
A couple of people have expressed an interest in challenging her. We will have to see how this all falls out.
I urge you to make this contribution. We need to be heard!
If this works and it looks like it will, we can proceed with campaigns against, Chuck Grassly, Mitch McConnell and others whose term is up in 2020. Let’s send these clowns back to the woodwork where they belong.

Joe Manchin is the one that gets my goat. I wanted to somehow reach him and tell him that his longtime rival John Raese (Republican candidate for Senate and governor several times in West Virginia) 40 years ago confronted me on my property while going fishing with a fellow West Virginia colleague, Dr. McCrory and his two young children as we walked on a road Raese's grandmother acquired an easement for from my community (I was treasurer).
Anyway, John Raese drove up in a Jeep and challenged us. Used vile language with little children present and told us that he would, puffing up his chest, "Throw us in the lake." We retreated and didn't go fishing. I wrote a letter on a lawyer's advice. His arrogance was not seen again.
I believe that Kavanaugh was probably similar to John Raese in his early life. Arrogant and a bit above the law. What's important, is that I remember every detail except exactly what he said 40 years ago like it was yesterday. Ford told the truth. The rest of that flimflam sham was trying to prove her wrong and sweeping it under the rug. Joe Manchin should be ashamed.
