I have worked for many temporary (temp) agencies. I have done mostly office work. The story is if you can type there is always a job for you somewhere.

When finding permanent employment can be hard to find at times, working for a temp agency can really pay the bills.

I have found while working on the job, I usually tried to say as little as possible to the employees of the company. I did not want to bring any kind of gossip or whatever upon myself.

One temp job really sticks out in my mind. I worked there for two years. It was for a hospital and I worked in the billing office. I really liked working in this billing office. I was really accepted into the circle of employees I had to daily network with. My job was much diversified and I never got bored. Unfortunately, it ended with budget cuts of course. I was onto my next job.

Just like anything else in this lifetime - there is good and bad in any situation. You can feel sorry for yourself - when you are not getting the benefits, - and the job security you would receive if you were a permanent employee of the company.

I found with every new job and location I worked at I learned something new. I always found meeting new people interesting and I never got bored having to constantly learn something new.
