Have you tried looking on the Internet for a job lately? It’s so frigging complicated. Even people that have some knowledge of how to negotiate around the computer is having a hard time trying to connect to the right website and to actually fill out a form could take hours.
How about the people who don’t have any knowledge of computers or websites. No wonder nobody is finding jobs it COMPLICATED. COMPLICATED. COMPLICATED.
If you are in your middle to senior years you are automatically deleted from the hundreds of people applying for the same job.
