If you like to draw or paint this is for you. Make you like. Think of the person you are drawing or painting for. What do they like to do? What kind of pet do they have? Do a quick sketch of their pet. If you don’t have a picture of their particular pet, look in the computer for a picture. Do a Google or Yahoo search under the breed of pet and ask for pictures. Then you have the choice of many dogs and many poses. Just draw or paint and there is your Christmas present. Just a little bit of your time and no money spent.
If you made a drawing you can use colored pencil, or permanent colored markers to color it in. Then you can cut out the picture and mount it on colored construction paper. Then you can frame it or not. You can also have the drawing laminated. There are so many choices it boggles the mind. Be creative. Create.
I can guarantee you the person who receives this gift will love it. Making something from the heart isn’t anything that can be bought at the store. You can buy a frame and frame it if you want or let your friend or family member chose the way he or she wants to frame it.
I never before realized how many ways you can frame a picture. It is absolutely astounding. It can be done cheaply or it can cost the amount of an expensive painting. But you have done your job. You made the masterpiece now it up to the recipient to run with it.
There are so many ways you can give gifts without it costing an arm/leg or the entire balance left on your credit card.
