I have lived in many apartments and in all these apartments in many states I can honestly say I only had 1 coat closet. I mean a closet by the front door where you can take off your coat and hang it in the closet immediately. This eliminates coats and jackets all over the house. Why is it when the apartments are built probably for saving money is leaving out the coat closet and the linen closet.
I know that cutting corners is always important but to the person living in the apartment that is constructed the coat closet and the linen closet are darn important.
As a matter of fact more closets in apartments is always welcome. People come with clothes and stuff and they need to have some place to store the stuff so closets are important.
I am asking the architects to rethink the budget cuts more closets, bigger closets and, especially linen and coat closets.
