Ultimate fighers help promote romance novel

Hard to Handle is Lori Foster’s (www.lorifoster.com) next book in a series of books she writes about mixed martial arts fighting. Though the sport figures in to the theme of the book there’s no doubt that this is a romance. And there’s always a bit of mystery or intrigue going on to spice it all up!

Foster has a loyal following for the series despite the fact that the books appear to lean more toward the masculine side. They don’t really, but there is definitely and edge to them that would appeal to the male reader. And Lori Foster has attended some of the Ultimate Fighting events, meeting and speaking to some of the fighters, earning her the respect of those who follow the sport.

It can’t be denied that men who are fighters, in such good shape, surrounded by all of that testosterone, would appeal to women. Rough, good looks, six-pack abs and bad boy reputations seem to have a universal appeal. Foster adds a bit of humor that is well placed and appropriate and adds a lighter note to the mystery side of the story. It is well blended and a fun read!
