The kid gangs in the DC neighborhood areas espoused some very divergent philosophies about leadership, and while they may have gotten unruly at times, the one thing in common they both loved to do was to fish.



Over the years, they had developed and agreed upon all kinds of sophisticated competitive angling games to challenge each other as to what gang would be in charge; this included some well established phone communication rules that both sides usually followed, as well as a process for judicial arbitration when a dispute evolved.



The current gang leader in charge, an outsider, reportedly had once made a call to a foreign neighboring gang leader – not allowed in their constitution - to find out some potential weaknesses about the DC challengers' leader, but he denied it and had reportedly lost his phone into the Potomac River when he was being roughed up and had refused to prove himself to them about this.



Right after losing the last four year gang leadership in a nail bitter election in DC to this outsider, the challengers started a vigilant campaign to find that phone with the evidence that could overturn the outsider's leadership.



The challengers were so much into denial of the electoral process that they immediately started a 2 year long fishing expedition to find that phone by using a Bass Pro Specialist Gang Leader, who unsuccessfully tried to find that phone – much to the chagrin of the challengers, as well as for the media whom were covering the event in a rather biased fashion.



The challengers kept thinking to themselves that if they could only just make that big catch for the phone with its supposed evidence, that they could even oust the outsider now, and it would mean that they would have a better chance for a “climate change” for their aspiring new “green behind the ear” challengers at the next four year term opportunity in the established neighborhood leadership.



So the challengers organized some of their leaders into performing some secretive interrogations of the outsider's team without formally initiating a review – going against the usual protocols.



The challengers found themselves fishing with all kinds of lures, worms and even casting nets to try to get that phone, but to no avail.



In the meantime, the outsider organized his own super attended fishing rallies all around the neighborhood with the goal of finding the missing phone in the river, but they were unsuccessful too. These rallies seemed to show an incredible unknown support for him despite all of the negative publicity he had received about not catching the big fish either.



Finally, on October 31, a foreign gang submarine was secretly able to enter the Potomac, and it reportedly snatched up the phone, unbeknownst to either the outsider or the other party members.



When the phone details were then released by on November 1, on the neighborhood's underground WikiLeaks by Julian Assange, the only phone calls noted were those made by the outsider to a “Ukraine Orthodox Church's All Saints Day Fishing Expedition!”
