Applying Mindfulness to New Year's Resolutions and Everyday Life ... applying the New Orleans "Where Y'at?!" term to this.

As we start the New Year with hopes and plans for new beginnings, I would like to invite others to join me in finding treasure "Where Y'at?!" - as us New Orleans natives like to say about incorporating "Mindfulness" (living in the PRESENT Moment) into our everyday lives.
I heard the following tale about this at a past "Healing Mass" at St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church in my beloved hometown of N'Awlins given by Fr. Harry Grile, C.Ss.R., former Executive Director for the Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Center.
The story goes that a poor Rabbi in Krakow Poland had a dream about finding wealth in Warsaw under a bridge. After a few nights of this same dream, the Rabbi told his wife, "I must search for this!"
So after making the trek to Warsaw, he was tired, so he slept first near the bridge that a guard was manning. The guard saw the Rabbi, awakened him and asked why the Rabbi was there.
The Rabbi told the guard his story, at which the guard replied:
"How Funny! I've been having a similar dream at which I was told to go to Krakow to a Rabbi's house to find a treasure buried beneath the Rabbi's floor! I'm just about to go!!!"
WHERE'S YOUR TREASURE????
- Sometimes, right "Where Y'at?!!!"
"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also!" (Matthew 6:21)
