When searching for a product that will help your credit rating you will come across many sties offering credit offers and pre-paid cards that will rebuild your credit. Some of these sites do not tell you that they are a pre-paid or rebuilding offer until you get to the end of the applying process. The website Rushcard.com is a site that offers a pre-paid visa card.
