Living in the Los Angeles area, for years I was a subscribed reader of the L.A. Times.

Then, in 2002 I became an independent voter and a year later a Republican and the letters to the editor and the left leaning L.A. Times became too much for me and after another year or so I canceled my subscription opting for a well read localized newspaper; my thinking being the news I get via television and my computer, and what I really looked for and was interested in were, “Letters To The Editor.” written by my neighbors.

Once again, even my localized newspaper along with the letters to the editor became too leftist for me so after another year or two I canceled this subscription and have lived very nicely without a newspaper for the past two or three years.

Today, needing a couple of new tires, sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car I happened to open and read the very same localized newspaper that I canceled two or three years earlier and....

Surprise and confusion!

The one and only political letter to the editor read:

                  “Political Irony”

         “Won’t it be ironic when America is

         socialist and Russia is capitalistic

         and is beating the pants off us?”

The political cartoon by a well kown, syndicated  political cartoonist shows two soldiers in a bolder and rock strewn field: 

One soldier, pointing his weapon outward, asks the other, “Did you call for reinforcements?”

“Yeah,” says the other soldier, holding a field phone forward, “but the white house put me on hold!”

WOW!! In the leftist media, yet.

And there is also a well known, nationally syndicated comic strip:

“So, as a journalist,” the main character asks, “why do you think so much of the media ignored a couple of million conservatives marching in the D.C. protest?”

The other character replied, “We just figured that if we couldn’t say something nice, we shouldn’t say anything at all.”

WOW!! In the leftist media, yet.

Also a main article stating, in big bold type:

“KEEPING AMERICA’S CHINESE BANKERS HAPPY”

WOW!! In the leftist media, yet.

And another bold typed article:

PELOSI’S HEALTHCARE PLAN CUTS MEDICARE” and goes on to say: “It’s clear, Pelosi’s bill will hurt seniors.”

WOW!!

Is it possible that some hard-headed democratic zombies are awaking to the fact that our pretender in chief is not really the messiah but a narcissistic, inept, bungling, know nothing, do nothing horrible mistake that is leading our country into socialism or possibly something worse... something much worse. 

I know you that are going to say, “How hateful!”

I know you that are going to say, “You hate Obama because he is black!”

No, I do not hate or even dislike Obama because he is black! 

Really, honest to God! I do not hate or even dislike Obama because he is black.

I hate Obama because he is a narcissistic, inept, bungling, know nothing, do nothing horrible mistake that is leading my country into socialism or possibly something worse...

Something much worse.
