Three Trillion Dollars 

Democrat leaders very closely passed a health care bill late last Saturday that if it becomes law will transfer control of American’s health care decisions to the federal government.

Liberal media coverage of this was fully expected and they bombarded  television and radio with hot air speeches by Nancy Pelosi and the pretender in chief ballyhooing the earth-shaking significance of this wondrous event.  

However what wasn’t ballyhooed was the truth of the real cost of this enormous  government snatch of one sixth of the American economy.

Fully implemented the cost of this snatch will be an unbelievable, ready for this,  the cost of this will be an unbelievable three trillion dollars!  

That’s three TRILLION dollars.

In your wildest  imagination can you even conceive of how much this is going to cost in tax increases and the cuts in Medicare that will be implemented to cover the cost of Obama’s trial and error experiment in socialized medicine. 

Guess what? Surprise, surprise, the liberal media also ignored the fact that 39 House Democrats aligned with Republicans in their complete opposition to Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover.  

Have no doubt that these house Democrats had been subjected to unbelievable arm-twisting and intimidation but  refused to give in. 

Rep. Mike Ross (D-AR) said, “With more than $400 billion in cuts to Medicare, it could force many of our rural hospitals to close, providing less access and care for our seniors.”

Rep. Mike McIntyre (D-NC) also objected to the bill’s punitive affects saying,  “It raises too much in new taxes and imposes new requirements that will harm the ability of too many small businesses to compete and create jobs.”

Rep. Tim Holden (D-PA) : “It’s a trillion dollar program at a time when we’re at the highest deficit and debt that our nation has ever accumulated, and the bill they’re proposing, is, in my opinion, bad public policy.”

This dissent within the Democrat party is truly huge news but, being downplayed,  the liberal media know the majority of American people do not want government-run health care, but nevertheless continue to act as drum-beaters for Obama, Pelosi and their snatch of one-sixth of the American economy.
