Sending a signal to terrorist’ around the world, this administration tells them that it’s  okay to attack civilians and civilian targets.

Obama is justifying his decision because if  the 9/11 terrorists killed civilians, then, to his way of thinking, they ought to be tried as civilians.

This makes sense only if you are a Democrat that believes the “holy war” the Islamic terrorists have declared  on America is the same as that of common criminals that have broken the law .

This was John Kerry’s thought of the way we (Americans) should fight the war on terror in 2004, and now that America has had the misfortune of electing  the furthest possible left leaning, totally inexperienced president in our history, this, apparently, is the strategy  -- the suicidal strategy -- our country is being forced to pursue.

The unbelievably stupid decision to try the 9/11 terrorists in a civilian court  is going to divulge  our security secrets to our enemies as civilian courts give the defendants “the right of discovery”. 

This trial will also become a propaganda present to these Islamic murderers that will turn the trial into a media goldmine affording them, the terrorists, a spring-board to put forth their unmitigated hatred towards our wonderful country.  A hatred apparently also shared by Obama and those that apologize for the actions of our country at the ACLU.  

And last but not least the trial will publicize the fact that the president and his far left leaning administration refuse to believe that, one, a war had been declared on America in which we, Americans, are the victims. Two, the war is a religious war  brought to us by Islamists. Three, the people that support the war against America number in tens of millions and, Four, that their war is supported by most radical Islamist governments and is aided by  international  far left leaning countries.

The consequences of this misbegotten trial will be to embolden those that hate America and to open us to further horrific attacks. 

 Also, as an afterthought, if, as Obama wants, if these murderous terrorists are tried in an American court and are given the rights that you and you and I, as American citizens have, then we'd better get ready for a mistrial, because where in America are these Islamist  killers going to find a non-biased jury of their peers?
