I have a friend that was a camera-man on many of the late night showes and now and then he'll foward one of these to me.

I expect Winters could have gone on with many more thoughts and mimes if he had 20 minutes and not only three. Notice in the golf mime how he throws in a Bing Crosby voice.
On Dean Martin we did over an hour show with him only: The set was made-up as an attic with different stuff. There were things all over, in small barrels and on chests, boxes, whatever.....
He did it in "one take." I don't think they threw anything away...It was all good.
