....what's happening today in the USA, in relation to it's history.....A bit prophetic, as well.

The rotten seed of entitlement within the core of US history has spoiled it’s own fruit: Democracy. Democracy, while a good idea once, has tangled and strangling roots, stemming from the predatory actions of a group of white men from Europe: their earliest conquests here? The killing off of an entire race of life-worshipping people.

How long did we imagine that we would be safe before that same predatory mentality and racism, upon which this country was built, would re-appear and eventually begin to turn on its own? Bush and the dangerous religious fanatics who back him, along with and the Banksters of America will certainly wage war on us all, if the rot at the core continues to grow.

It seems that almost every major religion has prophesized a time after the millennium in which the forces of death and life would be locked in a devastating struggle. There would be an "anti-Christ' who would bring the planet to the brink of disaster, before the collective consciousness that life is precious and tenuous, would raise a new movement geared towards protecting and cherishing life on Earth.

Will we live to see these changes or will the possibilities of a new age of love and peace remain only possibilities? It is my hope and belief that this time of increased suffering caused by this lunatic cult who has taken over our government, might bring together a global coalition who will champion the cause of the living and overpower corporate control. Perhaps it has had to come to this, for a unity of the scope we have only dreamed in our hippie days, to begin to form in rebellion against this nightmare.

The enterprising ambitions of people that valued an independence that was non-inclusive, destroyed a more advanced culture here that understood and cherished the natural inter-dependence of all life. Our country's earliest values placed money above humanity as a whole. It is this basic premise at the formation of this country that must have deluded the early white men here into believing that it was somehow their due to take this land. That attitude of entitlement justified taking the lives of an entire race of people. Now, we find ourselves in an emergency as if that long ago holocaust to the Native Americans that we minimized and forgot, has manifested and is gloating in our faces with the devastating old delusions of god-given-entitlement. White men stole this country. Now they have stolen one election and are trying to steal another. Stealing is as American as "Killing Indians". Our collective US shadow knows no bounds in it's greed for control and power and now it has grown to the point that it will not stop with it's own. Apparently, only the wealthiest one percent of this country, along with the religious right, deserve to live. The perversion that built this country and managed to forget about massive genocide is reborn and characterized in a small band of gangsters. These men are ugly. The glaring distain is difficult to even look at. I am referring to the key players in the GW nightmare of continual war and a plan for global domination which GW and his neo-conservative band of insiders call the Project for a New American Century.*

Some of us have not forgotten that beneath our pavements is the blood of a good and nature-worshipping race. It is not so un-natural that today the struggle of the oppressed now includes the white mentality that once was so smug. US Caucasians must also fight against the white man’s struggle to dominate and control. Those yet un-diseased seeds of the rotting fruit must fight the tree that bore it! The soul of democracy has been turned inside out and is trying to purge itself in order for it to be reborn in a genuine and whole new form. A new system is called upon to replace the rotted out old one.

In the body when an infection is about to leave the body, it first shows up on the surface, on the skin, where it is no longer hidden within the organs or blood.
The infection of greed and power is out in the open for all of the world to gasp at before it is able to be abolished. The dark muck we have all felt and at times gleaned, can be burned off now in the light of global awareness.
Why? Because love is the one thing from which we all spring and so it must eventually be the one place to which we are all drawn to return. To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. And in reaction to all the lies, a truth movement has been born.
