This was recently reported by a person who believed he was driven to blindness by members of a cult, who occupied the flat above his and produced effects on his body with cameras that see through walls and by sending out low vibrations throughout his apartment, sometimes through use of airplanes.
Guns in the hands of police officers is one thing, but a gun in the hand of a 2-year old child is another. A person should know the difference between a noose and a yoke. Much talk goes on about Irak's weaponry but biological weapons, in anybody's hands, are far worse and a much more urgent problem, as biological weapons can be put into food and other everyday materials.
Biological weapons are obviously in the hands of brutes, creeps and irresponsible morons and should be emptied from the sources of supply, the warerooms, the storerooms, the supply houses, the research labs and utterly destroyed. Certainly, research and funding for the development of this type of ruthless, inhumane weaponry should cease.
This is the most urgent problem. Take biological weapons away from the insane and irresponsible thugs, who use it.
