Today, when you wake up and put your feet on the floor what will you be thinking, what will your attitude be? Is yesterday still stamped on your forehead? Are the issues of day's gone by still beating you down, wearing on your soul with no break in sight? I think for many of us, the answer to these questions is yes. You are heartbroken, beat up, tired, unloved and devalued; this covers it all, don't you think?
Well then, what will change this way of living? You've been rooted and established so long in this field of gloom and doom that by now you must be searching for something better; something to hold onto to raise you from your worries and depressions. There is so much more to you than this way of thinking. We are living in challenging times and this can cause you to stay stuck in limited thinking; stuck in the same habits and routines.
There is a way out and there are a few steps that i will discuss to help get you going. They are actually easy if you decide to take a stand and realize that the way you have been living and thinking has not resulted in the life you imagined. Patience is the key for your success in turning your life around. The first thing you must do is change your attitude. If your attitude does not reflect your vision and dreams then aligning yourself to a better way will be that more difficult. Next you should try to re-create yourself. Envision how your life will play out if you listen to those who encourage and motivate you; not the ones who deflate, demoralize and condem you. The past is a great barometer to look back and see where things went right or wrong. So when you begin to change look back and see how you were living when there were good times and bad times. They are lessons that will enlighten and bring clarity to the journey ahead.
Probably the most critical step to a better life is having faith. Without it there is no chance of success. Faith is not only believing in God it is also the foundation for Love, Forgiveness, tolerance, giving and sacrifice. If all we do to make a better life is think about ourselves then true peace will never bless our lives.
I know it is simplier said then done; the internal and outside issues will unbalance and influence your temperment, your desire, your commitment and faith. But we all have to start somewhere, whether we are homeless, abused or neglected finding that balance is the ally needed to breed self confidence and inner belief that i will prosper, i will succeed, i will overcome and truly live a glorious life.
