Introduce your children to Christian Rock. It is the resource needed if you are a parent looking for help. The words inspire and radiate truth for our children to connect to.

Believing in something good is what life is all about.  Its what gets us out of bed in the morning.  I know sometimes I let the world control my emotions and my beliefs but when I can find silence and stop the noise that has burdened my mind a funny thing happens.  Peace surrounds me and I do feel a presence of something great, something real that tells me it is not fool hearty to trust the voice inside that says yes there is a God; He does exist.  It took me almost 40 years to get to this point and I will never venture back . What I want to share with any one out there who is listening is that when and how you find your way doesnt matter; its realizing when you finally arrive that matters and then the real work begins.  Being able to stay in a mindset where you can battle the daily attacks is difficult; and finding the resources and information to help you is a maze in itself.  What I found helpful is Inspirational Music by some great christian artists such as the Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, Toby Mac, Marc Redman, Jeremy Camp and many others.  For some reason their lyrics and message of God enables me to stay peaceful.  They have also opened the word of God to my boys.  I was not able nor was the church able to plant the seed of Gods word.  I took my older son to a Chris Tomlin Concert and both of us were amazed how many high school and college students attended.  Afterwards he told me" that was an awesome concert.  I really liked how he would stop and talk to everyone about God and the message we need to receive. Now I get it Dad.  I see how Gods love works. Why can't church be like this?  Whether you have faith or not as a parent when your child looks at you with a look of gratitude and love you know something good, something positive changed in them.     www.youtube.com/watch
