Protect or Defend

“The war on terror cannot be won.” The sound of this went beyond my comprehension to understand. As I listened to the truth, I understood not only the problem, but also the solution. For the solution does not lie in our external world, but instead lies in the heart.
The Heart of America
The heart of American has never been in what it owns; it has always been in its freedoms.
These freedoms are the very foundation of this country and because we are considered The United States, we are bound by the freedoms that this country represents. Not because the country says it is so, but quite the contrary, it is because the people carry this idea in their heart. The heart is what we share with God, and so it is what is shared with God He protects and honors as His Own.
Matters of the heart cannot be taught in the classroom. Matters of the heart are addressed in the heart where they originate from and what is decided in the heart makes a person of integrity and great moral fiber or one that does not have the moral fiber to speak with dignity, grace and truth. These traits are not physical characteristics. These belong to our spiritual nature and are brought with us as we enter the time/space continuum. It is this nature that still connects us to the spiritual realm, and it is the spiritual nature that God looks at as being within the realm of His Protection. If the heart is bad, He cannot see it, for He only looks upon His Own Creations as having reality. If the heart is good, it is recognized by Him. God never defends Himself or His Laws, there is no reason to defend what is peaceful and emanates from His Mind. But He does protect what is His, as portrayed over and over again in the Old Testament of the Bible. What can stand against a Force as Mighty as God Himself and what can throw down a nation except that God does not dwell there anymore because He does not recognize the place that He knows as His Home.
Without Vision
It has been said that without the vision of leadership, a country will fall. I am not going to judge our political leaders. To do so would put me at odds with the Laws of Heaven, for in Heaven there is no judgment, there is only the Law. These Laws consist of peace, happiness, joy, love, gratitude, freedom, goodness, grace, integrity, and etc. The very life force of all creation lives within the protection of these Laws. When these Laws have been abandoned by the heart, God does not recognize the inhabitants of the heart and His Protection moves on. Spiritual Law is alive and carries the Energy of Love with it. There is no force anywhere that has the ability to destroy or master the Power of this Immutable Force when this Force is protecting the heart that is surrounded by peace.
When the Power of Love is contaminated something else emerges. As contamination flows through to the vision of the occupant of the heart, thereby contaminating the purpose of love, the heart is able to see bad things. In our case, we see bad in the world and what is bad in the world is reflected over and over again in our mind and is then reflected on the walls of time. Once this happens, the ability of God to protect the contaminated love and freedom that lies in the heart becomes impossible. Without the backing of truth that lies in the heart, the individual will seek for other ways to compensate for what he/she believes he/she has lost. Protection now becomes defending, and what occurs is over compensation that spills over to the constant needing to defend everything that is occurring in the life of the individual or the nation. Attack is eminent because attack now has become the protective mechanism and has replaced the Love of God. This attack becomes the vision that is coming from the leader of the nation and it is futile. Without the truth that lies in the heart, there is no vision coming that can be read by God.
The great leaders of America had vision. Abraham Lincoln was one. He did not defend freedom, he helped protect it. When the confederacy wanted to break free from the United States, his vision was to keep the unity of the states together. Because Unity is a Spiritual Law, his vision was protected and ultimately the Civil War was won.
During WW11, when Pearl Harbor was attacked, the heart of American was not bent on attacking or defending. At the basic core, Americans were hell bent on protecting their freedom. Freedom is a Spiritual Law, and was upheld by the Laws of God, and the war was ultimately won. I dare say that the interference of man to protect these Laws probably put off the victory longer than necessary. As in everything, God makes allowances and placed the right leadership in a position of leading the Allies to victory. We give credit to the war as the victor, but there are unseen forces behind everything that is occurring in time. To overlook the ability of Spiritual Law to protect a nation is to rip our basic freedoms out of our heart and throw them up for the consumption of terror. The hungry dogs of terror will devour our right to be free, but we as a nation can turn our hearts around and ask for protection, and it is always there if we just simply ask.
There is a war going on
There is a war going on, but Love does not respond. We perceive the war as being between our ideals and the ideals of others. The Laws of God has the ability to look beyond what is seen and bring together the hearts that are like minded in the direction of peace. Only the reading of the heart will transcend religious differences, race, or anything that is seen. To respond to the war would be to judge it, and as said before, there is no judgment in Heaven. As individuals we respond by agreeing or disagreeing with what we see physically and then applying our physical interpretation to the situation. This places us in agreement or disagreement with what we see. At a spiritual level, our agreement or disagreement is not of importance. What is important is what we choose to protect. We can choose to protect the rights of the heart, or we can choose to defend what we think we see.
As this Nation continues being ripped apart in our heart because of dissention, this country will fall. This is because we are not united in a purpose that echoes of truth in our heart. This can be proven by looking in the history books both physical and spiritual. First, examine the history of Israel. Once the heart of Israel had turned bad it took time before the city of Jerusalem was destroyed. This is identified in both physical and spiritual history books. The heart of the spiritual leaders was full of corruption and The Laws of God were used to proclaim that getting and attacking was the correct method that was backed by God and as history proves, this was not the case.
9/11
9/11 was a wake up call. As with everything that occurs in time, the spiritual equivalent of the idea of 911 was put into place long before the actual event occurred. We all know what 911 is for; it is the call for help. The implications of that day far exceeded the physical tragedy that occurred. The attack was on our Spiritual Right to be free. The war was a question; will we as a Nation be united in our Spiritual response to uphold the Laws of Freedom? This is a decision that must be made in the heart, for it is here that God hears us. We were united as a Nation when this first happened, but within time the heart of the nation returned to its old practices. Only when we understand that we have the rights that live in the heart will we put away our own doubts and questions with an assurance that there is a Power that has the ability to dissolve our doubts.
Again and again God tells his people; “Return to me, and I will return to you.” Now his people reside all over the world, and we can make a mighty force for good that will bring peace to the world that has not occurred since the beginning of time, but it is up to us to decide what we want.
The reinterpretation of the 9/11 tragedy takes on another meaning that gives hope to the world when viewed this way. As with every event that happens in time, all events must take on a new interpretation for our view of the world to change and thus our hearts will hold the Love of God within them. This new interpretation shows us that the twin towers represent the dual nature of man. One is physical and the other is spiritual. They must both be torn down to make way for the new man that will rule with justice in his heart. This is the Kingdom of God that Christ proclaimed while He was in the world and represents the dual identity rolled into one that will take the place of the two. If the map of the United States is looked at, the pentagon is located in the heart area of the country. The heart was attacked, but not destroyed thus the heart remains as the motivation factor that unites the realm of spirit and the realm of man but we, as a nation, must unite in our heart.
The plane that went down in Pennsylvania, the people that were on that flight were not attacking the hijackers, they were protecting their basic right to be free. They were protecting those on the ground that the plane would injure or kill. They were also protecting their families. There was no political agenda involved, there was only a hope in their heart that they could in someway preserve the rights of others, and hope that in someway their efforts would make a difference. Their acts, based on the inclinations of the heart, speak volumes to us about our basic rights and the way we should feel about our rights.
Politics
I am not politically motivated. Instead, the Laws of Spirit insist that I share this information with all who would listen. Do I know what should be done, no I do not. Perhaps the answer does not lie in what we do; instead it lies in the fabric of our being and the basic rights that are kept in place by Spiritual Law. Seek and you will find comes to mind, instead of do and you will get. Getting implies that there is something out there that we must do in order to be, but being is spiritual not physical and our freedom of being is guaranteed by God, not by any stand that any man can make no matter how powerful he believes himself to be, or how he backs up a false association of power.
Come up out of her
We are at a very precarious point in the spiritual history of the world. In fact, the only event that parallels this time was the releasing of the Jews from Egypt. The difference is that God used Spiritual Law to protect and preserve His Seed so It could be physically born into the physical realm and introduce Spiritual Love into time. Since that time, slowly but surely, all of the ingredients has been filtering into time to bring about a lasting peace that will endure forever. This peace is not bound by what man can defend, but instead comes from what God protects.
As we begin to recognize and withdraw our own defenses about what we believe is right or wrong, something else emerges that extends into time and offers stability to calm the frictions of the world. This takes time, and it is the process of “coming up out of her.” This is the time of learning that is likened to the Nation of Israel wandering in the desert for 40 years before they entered the land of milk and honey. A time of purification had to occur before they could enter, which means they had to turn their hearts around so they could receive the Law. before the land could be entered. So it is today, we must learn the Laws of Spirit and how to live under the Spiritual Law so we can enter the Kingdom that God has made for us. This means that terror and fear must be removed from our heart and we must move in the direction of Love, where God abides. All efforts are rewarded, and as we learn to look elsewhere for our protection, other than the defensive mechanisms of time, we find that our protection was within our own Being all of the time. As Source is recognized within our own Being, we radiate and create a world that reflects the Laws of Heaven.
Conclusion
We are in the midst of a time that is unparalleled in the history of the world. The weather patterns and the terrorists attacks will prevail, and there will be nothing that we will be able to do to stop the onslaught until we change our mind. “Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord,” will apply as we learn how to withdraw our defenses and protect what is real. We are really not in danger, but as long as we believe we are, the danger will continue. What must occur is a major shift in our awareness from external awareness to internal awareness. This will take time to learn, but in truth, this is what time is for.
The right question would be, “how can I see this differently?” Each person has been appointed an Inner Guide that has the ability to explain truth to that individual. Once we stop explaining reality to ourselves based on our external learning, reality can be explained internally where a lasting impression can be made. Rebirth is the dawning in our mind of truth that lies beyond our personal beliefs. Moving beyond our personal beliefs means that we might be wrong and being wrong means that the terror that the world is experiencing is possibly not the truth.
The next question that you ask yourself may be the one that has the potential to change the whole world in your sight. Will you ask the question and if you do, will you wait for an answer that will give new meaning to what you see? Just as terror is in our mind, so is the beauty of peace. We have the ability to see both. Which one will we choose? For in our answer lies the peace or destruction of the world.
