A frame of mind is a reference point. Mind reference points are not subject to alteration, except by the one who is holding the reference point. This is good news, but it is also a point of view that is not widely understood or accepted as being true , even though everyone makes this statement. Accepting the reasoning that it is indeed possible to hold a frame of mind means that if the correct ability for holding different frames of mind can be accessed, then it is also possible to change to another frame. This can be especially helpful if one is holding a frame that is commonly called, “a bad frame of mind.” It would also be helpful if a sick frame of mind is being held. Imagine the possibilities that could occur. Being able to change a sick reference for a healthy reference would end the need seeking externally for health that seemingly cannot be found.
Frames of mind arise from consciousness. Consciousness works much the same as a projector. When an old physical association or picture that is held in mind is projected by consciousness out into the external world, conscious reality occurs. The reason that the mind uses frames as a point of reference is because of how it has learned to navigate in the physical world. The mind without consciousness is pure awareness. Pure awareness is innocent and does not have a frame of reference to use to navigate in this world. For this reason, it is dependent on other people in this world to do the navigating for it. The innocent nature is found in babies and small children. On rare occasions, innocence can also be found in those who have grown past childhood, but this is rare. Generally speaking, when innocence becomes fully conscious, it has attained the status of intellectual security or the ability to be logical. Being logical is dependent on having frames of reference.
While children are small and they begin to learn from adults and their peers and frames of reference begin to take shape. Because the mind of the child is innocent, it begins to build associations that are not quiet innocent. These associations are found within the mind itself, and are called memories. The child could be said to be a pure emotion of love and joy, with no memory reference except for the one it has brought into the physical world, which is pure Love. A small child does not see their body as being separate from itself, so the body is an extension of Love. When innocence perceives the body as being mistreated, or different from Love, it becomes a source or place to store what is opposition to love. As the body becomes a warehouse that stores memory that does not resonate with Love, frames of reference begin to occur. The body is the only place where innocence can store frames of false reference, so the body will eventually become a place of self awareness. Self awareness comes from memory and memory provides physical consciousness with a reference point. This makes consciousness dependent on body memory for reality or the points of reference that are stored in self, or body, awareness. Points of reference are played over and over again. This would be alright, except that most memories formed by innocence are not entirely true . Once innocence has been lost, what has been made to take its place does not protect the innocent nature because it does not know how. This places the innocent nature, or the real reference point, in a position of having to be healed. Healing, or restoring the innocent nature will also heal the body, because once restored, the innocent reference returns to Love.
The innocent nature is spiritual and it holds the ability to create based on Love feelings. Innocence is dependent on Source (some people call this God) for feelings of health, happiness, Love, joy, gratitude, and etc. Love is the only referenced that innocence has as it enters the physical world. When something occurs that does not uphold the integrity of Love, innocence begins to use a false reference or witness as source. The false reference is commonly referred to as a frame of mind that seems to occur for some unknown reason. A false frame of mind also produces fear. Fear, once accepted as a false reference, eventually becomes the reality in the adult mind. This is why fear plays such a major role in adult lives. False evidence made real produces an unreal point of reference. The problem is not external; it is internal. If it could be seen that nothing is really happening in time except a false frame of reference, all of the problems in the world would be solved. This way of learning is a total reversal of cause and effect.
For the most part, almost everyone is using a false frame of reference to determine how they live their physical life, so the question of why must be asked. In order to understand, the intellect must also be examined, because the intellect is totally reliant on frames of reference for its reality. The intellect is not all bad, but it is in error. Learning to listen outside of the Source of Love has brought about conditions in this world that must be corrected. This is due to a conscious misunderstanding. Awareness examines internal conditions, and the intellect examines external conditions. Consciousness examines them both and tries to make sense of it all. Being intellectually indoctrinated, consciousness has been taught inaccurate information. To top all of this off, the inner voice consciousness relies on to relate this information is called the ego. Any information the ego gives is wrong.
The ego does not understand the real Inner Voice, and assumes that any interference on its “territory” is an intrusion. It protects the information in the intellect by making fear arise in the body whenever a reference to the past emerges. This past reference uses a frame of mind to reveal how consciousness should deal with the feeling. The ego’s answer is to force or manipulate the external world. The unstable feeling is rising from past learning and trying to fix external conditions will not fix the problem. The temporary fix, or body solution, is one that totally denies the innocent nature has been violated. Replacing one behavior for another will not release the spirit of innocence from the hell it has been placed under, which is the direction of the ego. The ego’s solution is always attack, and because it does not want us to hear a solution that would restore innocence and does not involve attack, it blocks out the Inner Voice that has the ability to lead consciousness to the problem so it can be healed.
Consciousness does not know or understand how to release the inner child, or innocence. It knows something is wrong, but has not known or understood what the real problem was, and so depended on old frames of reference to fix what it did not understand. Consciousness is the explorer and also has the ability to change frames of reference. Because consciousness has learned to rely on inaccurate information for its reality, it must learn how to choose again. By learning to choose again, consciousness can make new reference points by choosing a new reality that is whole, complete, and without fear.
The delicate balance of nature is dependent on innocence to focus its direction. Because the innocent nature has lost its focus, which is Love, nature is out of accord with natural conditions. Without the element of Love, which it is the job of innocence to release in the world, nature is producing unnatural weather patterns. The innocent nature must be released so nature, along with the rest of the problems in the world, can be straightened out.
10% of the creative force in the Universe has been locked away and is under the dictates of the ego voice that does not speak the truth, and we are the unknowing intellectually conscious victims. Consciously we fight for this voice that speaks of hate and war that makes perfect intellectual sense, although this probably would not be admitted to. False frames of reference have been observed and protected long enough. It is time for a change. Healing the world is within the reach of each individual who walks this world. Everyone who walks this world holds within their possession 10% of Universal Creative energy that must join with the other 90% counterpart to complete and restore innocence to its rightful place; thus offering the world righteousness.
The Plan for this to occur is not held in the intellect that is being ego manipulated. It is being held in the 90% that can see where the other 10% is and knows how to correct the error. What this means for us is that consciously each one must be willing to be a part of the re-education of consciousness so a new world reality can emerge.
The Plan for all of this to occur is huge. It will require a perfectly balanced arrangement that will bring in all of the elements that are needed to release innocence and give consciousness an integrity that the ego/intellect has never known. Each person who walks this world is a carrier of a Piece of this Plan. This did not happen by chance. The innocent nature that we were all born with was the carrier, but the physical experience shaped innocence into something it was never supposed to be. It is time to set the innocent nature free so the Plan can be revealed, but this cannot be carried out individually. Certain elements of the Plan must be released at specific times because natural elements are not consciously understood. If they are released without proper guidance, it will prove disastrous for earth inhabitants. The Internal Voice that speaks for Love is the One that must be learned to listen to. This Voice is one part of a whole Plan and knows exactly what must be communicated to each individual so the Plan is released under the right condition.
Because we are all inhabitants of this world, and are jointly responsible for its care, it is our responsibility to be a part of a Plan that cannot fail. Becoming a part of a Universal Plan to bring physical consciousness under the direction of Universal Integrity must be the primary goal for those who are seeking to find a new way to realize a new identity for the self as well as this world, so it is preserved for future generations.

The Plan began to filter into my consciousness about 18 years ago, and it has taken 18 years to fully comprehend its meaning. My part in the Plan is to give the information to anyone that is willing to receive it, as it has been given to me. Thus, the circle of life is completed through the willingness to give and receive.
The information is not always easy to understand. This is because the information is alien to the ego/intellect, and it is impossible to learn this information from an intellectual viewpoint. However, it is not only possible, but probable that this information can be learned consciously.
