This is a book for people who would like to find their true purpose and desire in life.To realize that what we have been taught in our culture about what success is may not be success at all. It may leave us with an emptiness which we don't understand. How can we true ly find peace and joyfulness unless we look deep in ourselves and find what we  need?How can we love God, ourselves, and others unless we know ourselves. To look at our goodness and gifts God has given us and look at parts of oursleves that we may hide or don't want to deal with.

It is very humbling yet it is the only way I know to accept or change the things we need to change. It is only opening ourselves totally to God that we can know the joy of being free of the  shame or guilt we feel about our weaknesses or parts of ourselves we thought were to awful to look at.Only then can we see that we are human. Only Jesus was perfect.Don't be afraid to look at yourself. All of yourself! If you can imagine God smiling as you do and saying "yes, I know you have weaknesses. I am so proud of you for realizing them and working on them and surrendering them to me. Being open to yourself and me. Oh yes, my beloved child. I know every weakness and I love you with a love that is deeper and sronger than any love you can imagine. Come to me. Let us work on these things together."

I also facilitate retreats.There are three kinds of retreats I offer. One is looking at the gifts God has given us, and remembering the love God has shown. The second is looking at ourselves honestly and with love. The third is how we show the love we have been given to others.
