Drawing on a vivid imagination and his years of experience as a crime scene investigator, Jim Howell of Wylie has written three novels and is working on his fourth.
Although Howell pointed out that the first effort, “Emerald Reflections,” is a romance novel, the next two fall more in the crime-mystery genre.
