What a great time of year to be thankful for all our blessings!  Get up right now and do a dance around the computer, kiss your hubby, children and the mirror you are looking in simply because you can. 

Let’s start by fertilizing the grass on the side of the fence we are presently enjoying.  When was the last time you truly took a good hard look at the wonderful blessings staring at you daily?  We have all heard the saying, “happiness is wanting what you have.“  But how many of us have actually done an inventory and truly realize what we have right now?

For the next 40 days I challenge you to name three things you are thankful for each day without renaming any of them.  Commit to doing this at a certain time of the day—while brushing your teeth, driving to work or fixing dinner say or write down three things you are thankful to have in your life at that very moment.  Really feel and experience what it would be like without your chosen blessings.  Then say a little prayer to express your gratitude.

Lets put this saying to the test and after the 40 days, see if you feel any happier than before you started this challenge.  Make sure you let me know your results!
