Rumor has it that Oprah Winfrey owns Chicago. This Monday, Oprah will take over Michigan Avenue. Perhaps the rumor isn't a rumor after all.
On September 7, 2009, Oprah Winfrey will shut down Michigan Avenue between Ohio Street and Wacker Drive for a special taping to celebrate the 24th season of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
