Who is responsible for Christ's crucifixion? There are varied opinions in the world regarding this one issue. Many say it was the Jews, simply because they were shouting for the death of Jesus in exchange for the life of Barabbas: a convicted rebel and murderer. This latter accusation lies at the heart of the great whore and her harlot daughters: simply because it adds credence, in accordance with Daniel's prophecy, to their having "changed times and laws" so as not to be identified with Israel.

Others accuse Pilate, Rome's governor over Jerusalem and still others lay blame at the feet of all humanity. While there is some truth in each of these opinions— inasmuch as every one represents humanity as a whole— not one of the above truly is responsible initially: except by virtue of all being sinners in the first place.

No, the buck almost stops with Christ and His Father: for from the beginning God laid out a plan to create the perfect man "worth more than fine gold; a man who would "magnify and make honourable His Law" as well as a man willing to lay down his life as the perfect blood sacrifice to atone for mankind's PAST sins. Therefore, God devised the plan and Jesus agreed to it. Thus, the short answer to Alfred's question is that God and His Christ are responsible for the crucifixion. But, by virtue of our abominations against God, we all metaphorically hung Christ on the cross: both Jew and Gentiles, which is to say us heathens for whom the Jews suffered the pangs of labour to birth salvation for us.

So, in summary, the blame cannot be laid solely at the feet of the Jews— whom God deliberately blinded in order to bring out His plan— or even Pilate: this latter of whom stated publicly that he neither found fault with Jesus nor would he be a party to that "just man's execution." Albeit, Pilate was a pagan: in that respect, he is responsible.

Genesis 3:14-15 first mentions God's plan for a Messiah to defeat Lucifer's introduction of sin into the world He had created. Thus, it commonly is determined that this plan was devised at the time of Eve's then Adam's transgression. However, since God knows the end from the beginning, before anything was, it would be more accurate to discern the plan as having been formed prior to any of God's corporeal creation. After all, God knew before Adam and Eve were created that she would give in to the temptation Lucifer deviously offered.

Yeshua's plan then is detailed throughout the Old Testament: in Isaiah 13:12 He states that He shall create/make "a man more precious than fine gold:" the metaphor of fine gold indicating that this man would be perfect. He defines the man's perfection in Isaiah 42:21 by saying "He will magnify the law, and make it honourable."

Adonai has stated when the plan was formed and who will carry out its arrangement; albeit, He has given no name to this perfect man but has said what to look for in the man's behaviour. Still, a contractual agreement between two parties must cite specific names in order to avoid confusion about whom will do what. It is an established fact that the contractee is Michael, aka God. Isaiah 7:14 provides the contractor's name as "Immanuel," interpreted as "God with us:" which means that upon Immanuel would be the Spirit and Power of God. Immanuel also would be known as Jesus, Christ, Son of Man and Son of God; and, eventually, He earns the titles of King of kings and Lord of lords as well as High Priest.

Still, in order for a contract to be valid there must be something to which both parties agree. In this case, God has agreed to accept any and all persons who repent of their sins: but, only through the efforts Jesus would make on their behalf. Daniel 9:26 reveals that Christ was willing to become the perfect blood sacrifice and offering for man's past sins.

Yet, there still remains another stipulation that must be met for a contract to be legally binding. Both parties must benefit from the execution of this contract: either by services rendered or payment received. El Shaddai would benefit from Christ's services rendered in two ways: 1) He would not have to destroy all of His creation, only part of it; and, 2) He would gain a portion of mankind as sons and daughters, those who repent through the shed blood of Christ, His Son.

Jesus benefits from the contract by receiving payment in two installments for services rendered. The first installment payment was: 1) being endowed with all the power of God while on earth; 2) He was resurrected from death; 3) ascended to the heavenly kingdom to minister on mankind's behalf; and 4) serves at the heavenly altar on behalf of mankind and for His Father. The second and final payment is comprised of: 5) He will inherit earth and her repentant inhabitants over which; 6) He will rule as King of kings and Lord of lords; 7) He will serve as the High Priest to God in the world's capital city of New Jerusalem. Amazing! Did you notice God's magic number SEVEN?

Nevertheless, this spiritual contract is complete in that El Elyon agreed to pay and Christ agreed to perform and has received the first installment payment of resurrection and ascension. Upon final completion of the work, Jesus will receive the final four benefits above noted. No doubt, Immanuel is quite confident that payment will be rendered timely.

Therefore, the contract between God and His Christ is validated as a legally binding agreement. It meets all the criteria to be such: 1) Must involve two or more people or entities benefiting from said contract; 2) must cite the legal names of both parties; 3) must define the specific work required; 4) must cite payment to be rendered for said work performed; 5) when payment(s) can be expected; 6) the contract must be duly executed, that is signed; AND, 7) duly sealed by both parties. Wow! There's God's magic number seven again.

If individuals are involved in a contract, then their signatures affixed thereto must be notarized by a Notary Public. However, if corporations or governments are parties to a contract, then it must bear the legal seal of both party entities: whether corporations or governments. In this case, we are looking at a contract between the spiritual government of heaven and earth's corporeal government, ultimately to be ruled by Jesus: in this case, the same seal applies to both God and Jesus.

Through numerous scriptures, too voluminous to include here, God stated that His spiritual seal is His Fourth Precept: Exodus 20:8-11; Deuteronomy 5:12-14. When Jesus began His agreed-upon job, He also cited the same seal over what would become His earthly kingdom: "I also am Lord of the Sabbath." This statement alone validated His agreement with God, i.e.: indicated that He had duly executed and sealed the contract. He also obeyed the Fourth Precept, which confirmed both His annointing by the Holy Spirit as well as also provided a behavior example for us to follow in like manner.

Therefore, both parties signed, sealed and, to date, have delivered on this spiritually contracted plan: only Christ's return, the wicked's destruction, and earth's restoration remain to be done before this contract is concluded and stamped paid in full. There are, however indirectly, other beneficiaries to this contract: mankind, at least that portion who repent, obey God's Commandments and have the faith of and in Jesus; provided each bear the same seal of authority cited by both the Father and His Christ, as demonstrated by the humans' behaviour.

CAUTION: There are a number of opinions regarding God's seal upon Christ's sheep. Some say it will be a tattoo or a computer microchip beneath the skin. However, the most misleading estimation is based on one brief scripture in Ephesians 4:30 AKJV: "And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption." A valid, legally binding seal cannot be a living being: either spiritual or corporeal.

A spiritual seal, then, is determined by a person's behavior; while a corporeal seal is a type of stamp used with ink or pressure embossing the paper upon which it is applied. Thus, to believe that the Holy Spirit is God's seal bears closer scrutiny of the above Ephesians passage. Let us look at both the Hebrew word "karah" (pronounced karaw) and the Webster's definition of the key word in that verse:

KARAH: through the common idea of planning implied in a bargain; to prepare

WHEREBY: adv. 1. by which; by means of which. 2. by what or whom? How? ("by whom" means "to be administered by" a being, i.e. a Notary Public administers a notary seal to documents she witnesses; the President administers the seal of the United States to all legal documents he signs into law: neither person can be the seal).

Now let us apply what we've learned here by paraphrasing Ephesians 4:30 AKJV: And do not frustrate the Holy Spirit of God, who administers God's seal upon you by preparing you with His Wisdom, Knowledge, secrets and mysteries until you are redeemed."

Therefore, the Holy Spirit teaches and guides us into understanding God's Word. If we choose to obey, He then makes us aware of God's Fourth Statute Seal. If we obey it because we love God and wish to please Him, then we are sealed for redemption. If we prefer to go along with the majority by obedience to a counterfeit sabbath, then we are not heavenly sealed.

The Holy Spirit is a living being, Gabriel to be precise. As a living being, he only can administer the seal: he cannot be the seal. As it is in heaven, so it is on earth. One scripture simply cannot override 12 pages of verses defining the seal of the One True Living God.

I pray this dissertation clarifies that no singular person or nation is responsible for crucifying Christ. It was planned long before we even were formed, yet it was our sin that precipitated the contract between God and Jesus. So, the event of Crucifixion began at the highest of highest levels. Still, we all are sinners, therefore we are responsible for the contract being needed in the first place.
