The U.S. is well on its way to becoming an autocratic state led by traitorous and spineless politicians, bankrolled by millionaires and billionaires, with the road to perdition cleared and made easy to navigate by lackadaisical and permissive attitudes on the part of nearly one-half our population. Put another way, we are in the throes of giving up our time-honored freedoms without so much as an honorable fist-fight. Our forebears from the Renaissance to the 1970s are turning in their graves with a shudder that reaches from our shores to heaven’s doors.

I am from a family that was dirt-poor in terms of money and wealth, but rich in terms of fidelity to our values, belief in ourselves, and with a penchant to fight our enemies with a fervor. From the battlefields of the Civil War, to WWI, to WWII, to Korea, to Vietnam, to a long Cold-War, and on to the Middle East. We carried the torch, and we paid the price. So did many other families. I was chosen to carry the torch a bit further by also speaking out and writing against every tyrant who dared to incite us to resurrection, to those who cheated, lied, and stole our nuclear secrets, and who invaded the halls of Congress. We need to put their traitorous leader behind bars.

Who remembers Julius and Ethel Rosenberg? They were two traitors who stole an unknown number of our nuclear secrets back in the late 1940s, and conspired to give or sell them to Russia. They were executed on June 19, 1953 for treason. Back then there were but two countries with nuclear weapons with but a few nuclear bombs. Today there are 9 nations with nukes, with a total stockpile of 13,000 weapons. The probability of a nuclear war rises exponentially with the number of nations having access, the number of weapons, the number of persons with their hands in the mix, and the number of lame-brained leaders with access to them. With more than 1,500 classified documents in his possession, in stacked boxes at Mar-a-lago, does any rational person still believe that Donald Trump is or was just a useful idiot in the grand scheme of stealing, sharing, and/or selling our most critical secrets to China or Russia? If so, give up the ghost, and go find refuge on Antarctica.

The year 2024 is shaping up to be the most contentious election year in our history. The insurrectionists have a built-in 27 vote lead in the misguided Electoral College, and a war chest with enough money to inundate the already brain-washed with more Lies than even they can absorb.

Meanwhile, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida has built up a 1,500 man militia to protect his sorry ass from Floridians who are already fed-up with this fat little dictator who exudes all the charm of tear gas in his daily charisma exercises.
