Well, my dear sister, Jennifer Renee, was diagnosed with female cancer, amongst other health problems she has juevnile diabetes, chronic depression, even as I do, and is unmarried.

Jayden seemed to be growing normally. Jenn worked to support him and herself without little help from Jayden's "birth" father, who lives in Michigan.

Jenn is a proud, young woman. She is self sufficient and independent and will accept the help from no man.

November has come and gone, and December approached and Arizona Child Protective Services started interferring in both of their lives. Telling her what she must do and if she does not she will end up losing Jayden to the state on nothing but the reason she has numerous health problems that Arizona CPS considers to be a problem to them but not to Jayden and Jenn, herself.

Arizona CPS says that these health problems make her not to be a fit and proper parent to have care, custody, and control of her infant son, Jayden.

Jenn accepts no help from Arizona by the way of medicaid or state assistance. However, Arizona CPS still feels they have the right to interfer into her life and try to justify the means they have the right to tell her what to do with her son,Jayden.

Shortly before Christmas of last year.
The Family court of the State of Arizona and CPS tells Jenn that she has one of two choices: 1- Jenn can find someone within her family to take care of Jayden. She must sign over his
guardianship and let them have complete care, custody, and control, or two- the state will come in, take Jayden from her, and place him into a foster home, where she will never see him again.

The State of Arizona's ultimate outcome is to terminate Jenn's parental rights on the basis of her disability and place Jayden, who is a healthy, white, male child up for adoption.

Jenn opted on the less of two evils. She had found a kindly aunt, who lived in Catonsville, Maryland, who was willing to take Jayden into her home and this is because her husband and she are unable to have anymore of their own children. They have one son, and want another.

Early January, Jenn's aunt, Marcy, comes in from Maryland and Jenn and Marcy go to court to finalize the guardianship of Jayden.

This is on January 10, 2003 and shortly afterward, Marcy takes Jayden back to Catonsville, Maryland to live with her son, Tristan, husband, Tom, and her.

Everything goes well but all of a sudden on January 22, 2003, Jenn's aunt Marcy's husband, Tom, loses control and while Marcy and he are arguing over their cell phones. Tom goes into a rage, he snaps, and can not handle Jayden's crying.

The tragic result is this: Tom loses his cool and shakes baby Jayden to death.

He is now being charged with first degree murder in the state of Maryland for the death of Jayden. What are the charges: Shaking Baby Syndrome.

Seventy-Five percentage of all Shaking Baby Syndrome charges are caused by men.

This is because men are not the care-takers of their children. The Mothers are.

The effects of Shaking Baby Syndrome are terrible. Most babies end up either retarded, physical handicap, or dead.

Don't shake a baby. Babies cry only for four good reasons.

1. Babies cry because they are wet!
2. Babies cry because they are hungry!
3. Babies cry because they want to be held!
4. Babies cry because they don't feel
well and something is wrong with them.

Babies cry because this is the only way they can let their care-givers know that they want something or something is wrong. They can not tell us by verbal means.
