I would faint

Professor Ambrose Penwose, Kiwi

One thing is For Sure…I am NEVER going abroad, particularly to a foreign country, especially one with places like Istanbul, Paris, and others full of low-lifes, where I can be mistakenly identified as an American spy or secret agent.

I just watched Taken, Taken2, and Taken3. Taken3 really does not fit into the equation, so we will not go there.

As I watched Liam Neeson go through his array of talents, I realized I had none of them. Sure, they were Hollywood talents, but I don’t even have any of those.

I began to wonder what I would do in similar circumstances…

If a guy put a gun to Liam Neeson’s face, he would take the gun, shoot the guys accomplices, and then shoot the guy with his own gun.
I would faint.

If they put a tail on me, not only would I not be able to shake it, I would not even realize I was being followed.

If a guy handed Liam Neeson a suitcase he would throw it away.
I would open it and blow myself up.
Or possibly take it to The Authorities, and blow up the police station.

If I tried to prove who I was, I would find my pockets had been picked.

And, if I somehow was to go, I could Never take my exwife with me.
If someone handed us a secret document, it would not be a secret for long.

If someone sent me a coded message…I would only see a blinking light. If they sent an SOS, first of all I would not recognize it, and second I don’t even know what SOS means.

If someone gave me a phone number and said to memorize it, then eat it…I would throw up and forget the number.

If someone wanted me to talk, I would tell them all I know, and they’d still know nothing.

Do you see where I’m going with this?

Does this sound like a good vacation?

Penwose Out,

With American tourists swarming all over Europe in the near future again, I doubt if any of them are worried about international intrigue going on under their noses like seems to happen seasonably now with all the spy and lie movies like taken and the lot being thrown at us like reality--not. Jack Reacher reaches much further, even when he's in Mission Impossible. And then there is another guy created with a natural high kills with his hands with ease.

I love to watch the shows for their entertainment and that is all. For like you, if I tried any of those moves, I would fall. But beware, bad guy if you try to diss me, I'll run my wheelchair into your shin and you'll cry like a baby while you give in.

The Wholly Book of Genesis by Jay Dubya

The Wholly Book of Genesis is a humorous satire on the first book of the Old Testament where the Story of Creation, the building of Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah and the families of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are thoroughly spoofed and broadsided.
