Many people have asked me on how to write a poem. My answer is simple: Choose a theme (subject ) Forget all the complicated rules about meters, stanzas, etc,and just Write ! Write ! Write !as the Spirit ( Muse ) moves you at the moment then Rewrite! Rewrite! Rewrite! And look for such errors as bad spelling , punctuation, and grammar. ( I always have a dictionary by my side !)When you feel comfortable with your piece STOP !
