conscience has a great value

 People  of  expressed  conscience  have  growth  of  civilisation, integrity, occasional  debate  through  history  and  philosophy, concept  of  law, spark  of  intuition, insight  and  ethical  aspect  of  conduct. They  govern  both  thinking  and  action. They  urge  to  prefer  right  over  wrong  and  motivate  actions  for  goodnss. They  regard  reality, truth  and  justice. They  see  religious  views  and  define  practical  reasons  when  applying  morality,  law, principles , rules  or  norms. They imply  awareness  in  mind, conform  to  norms, base  moral judgements  in  practical  reasons , distinguish  right  and  wrong,associate  with  capacity  and  rationality. They  never  go  against  moral  values.
