Growing through religon into Spirituality

This is the first church, the one in which you begin life.

You learn from first church, you grow, you absorb, you become what first church teaches you. You learn. You learn what first church has to teach.

You ask questions; you want to know more; and first church cannot give you more. It has no more to offer. It has served its purpose - reached its limit.

You find second church which has a somewhat different philosophy -- it might be even a BIG difference in philosophy -- it is different -- it is closer to the truth that you are seeking. You learn from second church; you absorb; you become what that church is capable of teaching you.

You begin to ask unanswerable questions . Again you are dissatisfied with non-answers, and you search for third church.

Fifth church -

Until you are finished with churches.

You have learned the wisdom that is available in "church". You have learned what is available: the wisdom of Man; the wisdom of God, as filtered through the mind of Man which is the best that mankind can offer. You have learned this.

Now it is time for your spiritual education to begin - you go on your own: to seek your own revelation and understanding; to find your own truth.

And it is there; it is there for the asking. You ask and you receive. You seek and you find.

He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

He who has eyes to see, let him see.

With an open mind, you will know. A closed mind is like a rock, to be cast aside. An open mind is like the breeze that blows hither and yon, touching all things in all Creation, learning the things of the Kingdom of GOD - learning that which is beyond faith.
