This was written at a time in my life when I must prepare for life changing
decisions to detach from my worldly possession and simplfy my life now for a better life to come.

The Dark Night Of The Soul

Is the Agony In The Garden

The past comes to mind
and the accusser
nags you with pictures
of wrong doing

Your life passes before you
as on the last day
and you stand necked
before the Lord

Your childhood
an unhappy one
full of woe
Hunger for Love
wrongly given

And it nags at you
till you are mostly
out of your mind
which paralizes it
from positive thinking

You must grab your happiness
where you may
And you must forget
the past and forgive

This is Old Age my friend
The past remains
and the future dims
and new memory is lost

Let us try to forget
the past in The New Year
2008 
And begin anew to
prepare for the
second coming of Christ

He is the forgiver the
savior of the world
and he will come again
to bring peace to
a troubled world

Peace be with you my friend
The peace given to us by Christ
