Prolouge

On Friday night in November 2004. I was so drunk leaving the bar that I didn't know how to get home. I staggered the streets for hours and eventually laid down beside the road and passed out.
The police picked me up and took me home. My wife was deeply hurt and I was ashamed and belittled by the experience. Soon after I found out that my long-term alcohol use was causing my liver to harden around the edges. Alcoholism. I made my mind up to fight back.

Yes. Anti-depressants are dangerous drugs. If a person doesn't know to avoid alcohol, they can drive one to real craziness. And if one's doctor is not in tune to the sensitivity of the patient's body, they can be over-prescribed and cause brain damage all by themselves. I think anti-depressants are for "guinea pigs."
