For a writer, an ebook comes to publication much quicker than a print book. Edits are done online with corrections zipping back and forth over cyperspace. No post office trips, no delays of days waiting for a manuscript to arrive.
Yes, I would like to see my books on the shelf at Borders beside Terry Goodkind or on the front display, but I'm thrilled with my ebook career. The royalties are high, the quality of editing is tops and my book is at the fingertips of the entire world.
