EDITOR: You don’t create energy from nothing. Energy creates energy, and until America comes up with a viable alternative to oil, it will be at a considerable disadvantage to the rest of the world.
President Barack Obama’s energy policies may be well intentioned, but they’re seriously flawed. Tesla is plagued with recalls, Chevrolet Volt sales have slumped, and Solyndra and many more have failed with taxpayer dollars.
We are hooked on oil without an effective methadone program, and people are paying a heavy price for withdrawal.
