Knowing that the serving in the Army was something he had been successful at, he returned for an additional four years. It was during his eighth year of service that he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; the military response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States. While serving in the Army, Terrence spent a lot of time reflecting on his life’s ambition to gain financial independence. Once he returned from the military, he began pursuing financial grants to start a business; a process that yielded great challenges for him. Terrence’s employment pursuits included working as a cable installer, having a skincare website business, international commerce and private label manufacturing with his own skin care products line, and a contracting venture overseas by starting a drink vending company. After a few more road blocks in the pavement, Terrence found his niche with buying ATM Machines and staring Warren ATM Networks. By this time he had three successful businesses under his belt and had become a respected authority by his peers for advice related to business, marketing, and start-up procedures. As word traveled about Terrence, he was asked to give presentations and lead seminars/workshops. Although Terrence did not feel he was qualified to speak publicly about business, he was offered a great opportunity to write a book. This opportunity allowed him to write about how he attained his wealth and started his businesses.
