Tips on Promoting your Books!
Book covers are one of the most essential pieces in marketing your Books on AuthorsDen. AuthorsDen is designed to continuously have your Books visible to the Readers no matter what page they viewing on your site. Follow this little tour to see what I mean…
Let’s say a reader is browsing News on AuthorsDen and clicks on:
Free Promo Codes- Audible Stories by Robert J Saniscalchi
Notice the Author’s Book covers are displayed at the top of the News page to catch the Reader’s eye and with one click the Reader can explore his books. Click on a few of Robert's other News and Short Stories to see that every page contains access to his books.
When you add new content to your AuthorsDen site your marketing exposure increases exponentially. Robert has 10 pages in Short Stories and News - creating 10 additional opportunities for his books to display on AuthorsDen.
Post new content frequently in Short Stories, Articles, News, Events and Poetry to keep a steady flow of Readers coming to your site. Bronze members and higher have the ability post an unlimited number of pages on AuthorsDen.
And don’t forget your Book Ads:
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships include Book Ads. Book Covers are utilized to create your Book Ads that float around the pages outside of your personal AuthorsDen site, creating a “breadcrumb trail” to lead readers directly to your book pages. To activate your Book Ads (included with your paid membership) simply log into your Den and click the Book Ads link.
Note - the ADLite and Basic Listing memberships are very limited and were created to let you test the site. Member’s sites are not in the main flow of traffic and are not listed in the eBook areas.
Wishing you much success,
Unfortunately, I used an award-winning artist for my last book cover. He managed to get in all the elements that I suggested on the cover, but it came out far too dark and grim looking, and the title was so dark that it is hard to read against the backdrop. Unfortunately I didn't notice this during the only time I had to change things. Some of the other covers, simpler designs that I made, are easy to read the title for those who are interested.
