Hey Richard, I agree with your statement about the lingering quality of a poetry book. Many of the poems in my poetry book are personal in nature about me and family members. I return to the book frequently to re-read the poems, and it seems I get a new message each time from something I've written. Sometimes I don't even recognize myself in some of my poems because at the time I wrote them, my mood was in a different emotional state. I also have a collection of poetry books I return to again and again, which confirms your statement about "revisiting over a lifetime." Poems are the word pictures that relate to our inner beings.

After having the pleasure of reviewing your recently published poetry book (before it was published), I can say you have some wonderful poems most readers would find especially enjoyable. I certainly did.
