There were 26 of us in the class for confirmation. It was to assist us in reviewing all we had learned about our religion and decide on our own if we were going to proceed and get confirmed.
The Assistant Bishop who was teaching this gave us two challenges.
1. To attend the services for 4 to 7 other faiths and at the next class after we had attended tell everyone our opinion of it. It did take some time, but we were competitive and each week a number had done it. All of the class were surprized about what we learn
My view point -- I attended a service at these Parishes Luthern, Episcopalian, Methodist, and Orthadox Polish. I learned and found out there was very little difference in what there was between the Service I attended at my Parish and these.
I did miss the Baptist Service, but when I did get to the church one of the Ministers did two things. He did tell me what a service was like and what was done. That was in addtion to getting a tour of the Church and that was of what is the true First Baptist Church in USA. Founded by Roger Williams in RI.
I also did not get to the local Synagougue. The Rabbi did about the same as the Baptist Minister but not a full "tour" of the building. Still found more in commen than different.
2. The second challenge is one I have mentioned to others and they all had a hard time and found there was a lot in solving it . Just as all 26 of us did try and none of us did actually.
He gave us this quote of a prayer. He asked if we knew or would try to find out where it came from. That the Lord/God is in things. This is not the langague that it comes from. You can subsitue a new name or term at the words I have Bold in GREEN.

It is the words that are used by a number of Hindu's to start their prayers.
My comment - I did have a number of scientists (various professions) that I knew and most I talked to had agreed any changes to the names to terms of it/God being in everything with scientific viewpoint still worked in this statement. (Atoms, cells, etc. - Study). The scientists were from Brown Univiersity, Providence, RI and others like MIT.
One comment from a friend was that his faith did not recognize or accept that God is inside anything. That is not mention in the Bible.
I have search and found these from the bible. They do fit the 2nd part of this Challenge.

It is the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Christ.
No other place has it.
That is where God is to be found. While of course, He is reflected in everything that He created, don’t fall for DIY divinity narrative out there.

Acts 2;38
"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit".
Repentance: To repent means to turn to God with all your heart, giving up all sins, and living your life according to His word. Call on the name of Jesus, believing and confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior, confessing that He died for you and was raised from the dead to give you life. Confess that you're a sinner, confessing your sins to Him, and asking Him to forgive you and save you. Then give Him thanks and praise. Confess your sins to Jesus, not to any priest, because there is only "one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Ezekiel 18:20-32, Isaiah 1:18-20. Romans 10:8-13, 1 John 1:9&10 and 2:1-6. Deuteronomy 6:1-7, Joshua 1:6-9 and 22:5. John 15:1-10 and 14:15.
Baptism: The word "baptize" means "immerse". It means to be totally immersed and covered in water for the washing away of sins. Sprinkling is not baptism, it's not immersion. Baptism must also be done in the name of Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 4:5 says that there is only "One Lord, one faith, one baptism".
The baptism in Matthew 28:19, "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost", and in Acts 2:38, "in the name of Jesus Christ", are not contrary to each other. Jesus is the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. When baptism is done in the name of Jesus Christ, then both scriptures are fulfilled. So the biblical way to baptize, is by immersion in water in the name of Jesus Christ. Acts 10:43, Acts 4:12, Zechariah 14:9. Colossians 3:17.
Repentance and baptism work together for both forgiveness and cleansing of sins. In Mark 1;4, baptism is referred to as "the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins".
Receiving The Holy Ghost: The Holy Ghost is another word for the Spirit of God or the Spirit of Jesus. In reference to the Godhead, Ephesians 4:4 says that there is only "one Spirit". The Holy Ghost, Spirit of God, Spirit of Christ, and Spirit of the Lord are all the same person. Also, accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, and receiving Jesus, are two different things. Remember, the Holy Ghost is the Spirit of Jesus, and when you receive the Holy Ghost, you receive Jesus. And as you receive Him, that is, when you are filled with His Spirit, you will begin speaking with other tongues.
In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest". And in Isaiah 28:11&12, it says, "For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, To whom He said, This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest, And, This is the refreshing”. So this stammering lips and speaking with other tongues, this is the rest, this is you being filled with the Holy Ghost and receiving the rest that Jesus promised to give to them that come to Him. So, yes, speaking with other tongues still exists, and is the evidence or sign of you receiving Jesus, the Holy Ghost.
What Shall We Do?
Believe in the Lord Jesus, repent of all your sins, be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking with other tongues, as the Spirit gives you the utterance.
After I was introduced to the Apostolic teaching about salvation and the oness of God, I wanted to know if these things were really true or not. So I started going to God about it and asking him to let me know if these things are true, to give me a confirmation, and searching the scriptures. And not only did God confirm these to me in His word, and by preachers, and by the manifestation of the Spirit, but God kept continuing teaching me more about it, and using me to share this gospel with others, God bearing witness to them Himself by His Spirit. I testify by the name of Jesus, that this is the true gospel of Christ that the Bible speaks of.

You are correct. The translations from all the languages are part of the different views of the Bible. Oddly from a Jewish friend of my family I learned that re translations have also occurred for their Books. This "fun" applies across all faiths. Even some scientific papers.
