Classifications of Races
1. Johann Friedrich Blumenbach's classification of race, first proposed in 1770, was widely used in the 19th century, with many variations. The five classifications are: Ethiopian race (later termed Negroid), Caucasian race/white, Mongolian race/yellow, American race/red, and Malayan race/brown.
2. In the 19th century many scientists divided human beings into three races, namely Caucasoid/white, Negroid/black and Mongoloid/Asian.
3. In the middle of the 20th century  Carleton S. Conn divided humanity into five races, namely, Negroid (Black) race, Australian Aborigine and Papuan) race, Capoid  (Bushmen/Hottentots) race, Mongoloid (Oriental/Amerindian) race and Caucasoid (Whtie) race.

These two Scriptures are important in understanding races.
"For a thousand years in Your sight Are but as
yesterday when it is past..."
Psalm 90:4 KJV
"But do not forget this one thing, dear friend;
with the Lord a day is like a thousand years."
2 Peter 3:8.

Creation
On the first day of creation God created the heavens and the earth. He continued, creating specific things on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th day, everything that was created except the things he created on the 6th day that included man. On the 6th day he created livestok, wild animals and all creatures that he had not created earlier. On this day, the last of his creation He created man.
"So God created man in  his own
image, in the image of God created
him, male and female he created them."
Genesis 1:27.

So God created the human race which consists of different races on that 6th day, a day that is equivalent to a thousand years.  Like twins who may be born at different times, usually on the same day, but sometimes on different days, races were created on the same thousand-year day at different times on that day. God first made a human being in Africa, next in Asia, next on the continent of Europe, and next in North America and South America.This is how we have different races. All these races were created the same day. Translated into our day of 24 hours, conceivably the time between the birth of the first human in Africa and the last human in North America could have been a thousand years. Even with the births of human, to repeat, twins can be born a long time apart. The world's longest twin sisters were born 87 days apart. So God had a thousand-year day when he created man.

All humans are members on the human race.
"From one man he made every nation of men,
that they should inhabit the whole earth; and
he determined the times set for them and the
exact places where they should live."
Acts 7:26 NIV

Ultimately there is only one race, the human race. Unlike some other creatures but like many creatures, only two humans can reproduce another human. And it doesn't matter their complexion or so-called race. In America many reproductions result from the cohabitation of a black person and a white person. My paternal Grandfather, born during slavery, resulted from the cohabitation of a white man and a black woman.We are one in creation, caught-up in a network of mutuality. Only if we accepted our divinely ordained relationship to one another and all others what a difference that would make in man's humanity lived.
    The last words on this subject of race, we hear from Jesus. He says:
"I pray that they all may be one, just as you and
I are one - as you are in me, Father, and I am in you."
John 17:21 KJV
