I became an author in 2003. After publishing my first novel, I got a website. So I placed my web on the bumper (fender). That made drivers see my web but it told no-one about what was contained in it unless they took the trouble to visit www.millercaldwell.org
Then I had a thought to place posters of my two novels and four books but my daughter thought it did not look right. She asked me to get rid of them. In its place she said add these four words to your bumper (fender?) So I did. This is what the rear of my car looks like now:

Book sales have trippled. So why not try these magic four words on the rear of your car. Oh and as a PS make sure you have a supply of your publications available in a tidy order inside!

Great advice! I have www.beyondmycontrol.net on my rear bumper, drivers probably think it has something to do with my poor driving habits!! I will add the four magic words.
