It is not a sin to have plans or job career plans as Proverbs 16:1 show us: “The preparations of the heart belong to man but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord”. It is for you to plan and it is for God to give the answer of the tongue (approve and help you to accomplish your plans). Now, if God is the One who establishes plans, then you need to learn how to commit your plans into the hands of God. Proverbs 16: 3 says: “Put God in charge of your work, then what you’ve planned will take place” (MSG). How do you commit your job career plans to God to get it established? I will be showing you in simple steps below:
- Ensure all you have written on paper as job career plans do not violate the rules and regulations of God.
- Ensure all you have written on paper as plans will not hurt a fellow human being.
- After making your plans, lift it up to God in a place of prayer thanking Him for the opportunity to put plans on paper and ask Him to help you establish them.
- Get down working on your job career plans. The paper plans require your perspiration.
