Feeling good about marriage... Dear Blog-Diary: Well I got a good nights sleep last night and so did my husband. Remember the night before I was complaining that I didn't sleep because harsh words had been spoken? He thought he was right and I KNOW I was right!! Blah Blah Blah..... You know the kind of battle, no one ever wins. Words keep flying until one or the other is really hurt and then silence. I know they say never go to bed angry. Well we had sort of apologized, I guess enough to erase the guilt of fighting when we could have been making love. You know diary the one thing that really gets my goat after a session like this? I can't sleep and in five-minutes he is snoring. One more thing to set me off.
Things got better.... I find after many long years of being together that married couples treat friends and acquaintances kinder than they do each other. The days of having to impress are way over. So we decided to pretend like we had just met and told each other what made us fall in love in the first place. Try it, it works wonders. I felt like a newly wed again.......
