Disappearing Amazon Reviews

I was shocked this morning to find that many of the 5 star reviews readers have given my books were gone for no apparent reason. I'm hoping that its just a software glitch at Amazon and that they will be restored. They have offered no explanation so far. I know this has happened to a few other people and the reviews were eventually restored. If this has happened to you, let me know. I'm curious to hear how it was resolved.
