The fact is the workplace is changing. Employee motivation is emerging as one of the most
important keys to profitability. Countless studies show that motivated employees are more
productive. A Gallup study of more than 10,000 employees in 12 industries shows that a positive attitude toward work means a 44% probability of producing above average profits.
In this new age organizations that encourage the success and fulfillment of individual employees will enjoy this profit expansion. The greatest profits will go to those who understand the importance of cultivating individual success and satisfaction in the workplace.

When each individual in an organization feels a sense of power, the organization’s power is multiplied. The key to a successful organization is to create opportunities for each individual to realize personal power and fulfillment. When each individual feels that the organization supports personal success, that person becomes more loyal and more productive.
Make your employees powerful and your organization becomes more powerful. The key to organizational power is Personal Power. When the wolf is powerful, the pack is powerful!
