What are implications of naming my setting? What are the legal implications if I name and use as a setting an actual resort? I want to use the completely unique intellectual resort of Chautauqua Institution in upstate NY as a setting. All references would be absolutely neutral, used as a setting only. Anyone have such experience/knowledge?? Thanks!!!
