- Does this mean that sooner or later one ends up in the pit by integrating into the social context and yielding to the temptations and and ambitions it proposes so that if instead one was to choose to live in solitude and -thus unfettered- be free to fulfill one's spiritual potential even within a society by simply ignoring its numerous and incessant temptations? Or do I really have to piss on your head?

Someone has to do it! Just take a look around you and you cannot fail to see that those ambitions and temptations you have mentioned are escalating out of sight. The mania of turning this pit of moral turpitude into a motorized mechanized and cellulated paradise is totally out of control. In summer this small town is stampeded by hordes of aging Motorcyclists, They are growing exponentially in numbers. Their machines are getting larger and larger which is an indication of their deep despair and even more unfortunately they themselves, are living longer and longer . Some modern philosophers are so frustered by this disease of the mind so prevalent in our emisphere and time that they are resorting to making bombs. Now, when philosophers have to sneak down to their basements to make bombs things are really out of wack.
So, ignore that too. You must climb out, and to do so you have to pause on the rim and piss on whoever, then turn and go your way. It is the proper way to do it and at this point weather it works or not is secondary to the need for some style to survive in all this futile ugliness.
