My name is Ann. I never considered myself a writer even though as far as I could remember, I was always giving family members and friend’s homemade cards and candles. Not having much money at the time this was my way of sharing something special with them during the Holidays and on birthdays.
I guess it worked out alright because I never saw anything I made in the garbage or given back to me by mistake.
Growing up in a neighborhood of all boys, most of them wanted to be singers. Some of them paid me $25.00 to $50.00 to write lyrics they could put to music. Not a bad idea so I thought. I did not know anything about copywriting at the time.
As I grew older I was always dreaming stories and could vividly recall every detail. I would relay the stories to family and friends, who would say, write it down or keep a tape recorder by your bed so you can refer back to it.
My first officially published book, Desires of the Heart shows you what can happen when you look for love in all the wrong places.
I really hope you enjoy reading it just as much as I enjoyed writing it.
