This book has 78 poems with 26 illustrations. The poems are metaphorical stories, often anecdotal and all have a message for young people. The poems are written to enable children to realise that we can all learn from experiences as we go through life. The poems encourage such values as kindness, caring, endeavour, honesty,and courage etc , the qualities that I believe lead to fulfillment and contentment within - rather than spurious happiness from possessions alone.
