I'm back from the Smoky Mountain Highland Games... I'm back from the Smoky Mountain Highland Games. What a beautiful area! I talked with some of my fans. Philip Lakin showed me his black-faced sheep and his new herding dog. Another gentleman said that as he read Dark Lord, he looked up the historical setting and found it was accurately depicted. He said that the book inspired him to research his Scottish ancestors to see what they were doing during that time.
