WHAT IS “PP” ? (BLOG UPDATED WITH CHANGES) It is a TOP SECRET abbreviation for “PAGAN POSSE”. This is a LOCAL GOVERNMENT organized force group that appears to have filled the vacancy left by “POSSE COMITATUS” after the Waco, Texas people killings which is well documented with government snipers. PP consists of a group in the final control of all activity that is in the daily wants and needs of its members at a local or normal county level. It's name is and WAS intended to remain top secret with final answers far exceeding any government secret actions ever perceived. Final means final - let there be no misunderstanding what the end process and procedures are. What constitution? STAN, a shirt tail relation of mine, requested a lot to build a retirement home on and my answer was yes without hesitation. Never did I believe what I was told at age 9. It took a lifetime with continuous disbelief. My mother was right when talking to me just prior to her murder death in 1953. Two family people were murdered after they were promised land to build a house on Noboken Lake and to enjoy a full retirement. One was best man at my wedding. This is not the first time family members were murdered for trying to live on Noboken Lake. STAN’S recent murder death was a direct result of verifying to this author who was in charge and the details of this new management name structure in the county, which appears to be present since Waco. As a direct result of previous investigations this author was verifying by another source what he was already verified with local government before this century started. This also is and was a direct result of some Federal and State Government employees going ahead and not doing what they were told to do back at the beginning of this Century. “RECENTLY” an identical automobile murder caper attempt was conducted at and to this author, which was botched, but very close to accomplishment. This author was positive he was headed for the ditch and a roll over after a loud gun shot, the same as what happened to “STAN”. This murder attempt was identical to STAN'S Government murder caper at the beginning of this century, except black plastic was used instead of clear white due to the difference of night and day. This is also the number one reason of and for Federal Government cover-up and do not tell the true facts. After 60 plus years of family efforts the feds told this author to get lost and do not ever call or contact us again. That call came within 24 hours of the feds learning about my book which was just started to be written. It was this authors intent to be honest with every step taken and do nothing to cause problems for any government efforts. Four calls to Washington verified the management decision source.
